Ingredients

Sucrose, Glucose, Freeze Dried Fruit Powder (Acai, Goji, Pomegranate, Elderberry, Blackcurrant, Blueberry, Cranberry, Strawberry, Raspberry)(4.0%)), Mineral Salts (Sodium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Magnesium Lactate, Calcium Citrate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid). * 252 milliOsmol/L

DIRECTIONS:  
Add one level scoop (included) of powder for every 250ml of water and mix well. Consume within 12 hours of mixing.

RECOMMENDED USE:  
500ml – 750ml per hour during extended exercise.
