Recommended Use:

How to take:

DIRECTIONS: Mix one serve into 450–500 ml of water and consume within 30 minutes post-exercise. Ideal after high-intensity or prolonged endurance sessions.

Weight-based servings:
50 - 70 kg – 4 scoops (23 Grams Protein)
80 - 90 kg – 5 scoops (29 Grams Protein)
100+ kg – 6 scoops (34.8 Grams Protein)
