Vata Tea is a blend of herbs and spices such as Black Cardamom, Clove and Long Pepper, which have been found beneficial for supporting movement and improving internal circulation. A traditional healing infusion recommended by Ayurveda, the Vata Tea helps to manage symptoms of imbalance such as constipation, sleep disturbance, dry skin and tiredness.
Vata Tea helps to promote normal bodily functions involving the nervous system, blood circulation and excretion, restoring balance to the body.
How to use
Add ½ to 1 tsp of tea to one cup of hot water and steep for 3 minutes. Strain and drink while hot. Add honey for sweetness (only after the water is warm).
