 Directions: 

Adults (ages 12+): 3 capsules daily for stress and nervous system support. To be taken at night for sleep support or as needed during the day in times of stress and overwhelm.

 Precautions:

Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Avoid if you are taking barbiturates, benzodiazepines or other CNS depressants.
