Traditionally, in western herbal medicine, sage is used to reduce night sweats associated with menopause while lavender oil is used to relieve sleeplessness. Vitamin D supports bone health and vitamin C supports the functioning of the nervous system and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
